Vanessa Teff

Vanessa is a native of Wisconsin and a graduate of UCLA with a bachelors in Psychology. She is a registered yoga instructor, certified chiropractic technician, certified in cold laser therapy and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Nutrition.

Vanessa moved back to Wisconsin to study under Dr. Teff in 2009 and in 2010 started working for Standard Process. During this time she had the profound opportunity to learn from the top nutritionists and herbalists in the field. This extensive training, combined with her psychology, yoga, and mindfulness background, garnered her proficiency in the restorative health field.

In 2014, Vanessa opened Optimum Vitality. She works extensively with digestive issues, female hormones, anxiety & trauma, injury recall and closed head injuries. Moonflower is 12 years of experience and research in the making.

Ryan Heath

Ryan Heath is a native of Wisconsin and a graduate of Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Marketing. Ryan is also the founder of Shady Oak Hemp Farm and co-founder of Moonflower Botanicals, LLC.

Ryan’s passion for the medicinal benefits of cannabis started at the age of 14 when he discovered that it eliminated the majority of his anxiety and depression. He went on to write his senior term paper on the medicinal benefits because of his strong passion for its healing potential.

Prior to Moonflower Botanicals, Ryan started and continues to operate a hemp farm in south central Wisconsin. Out west, he worked on the retail side of the cannabis industry, helping many seniors find the right medicine for their aliments. Ryan brings great experience in the industry, creative marketing and design work and a strong passion to help others.
