Behavioral Problems and Food

It’s been a fact that’s been brought up before in movies and books many times, but still we need to be reminded that we truly are what we eat.  Not only what we are, but how we behave as well.  The following link will take you to an article that proves just that point, and the Wisconsin school that made the change.
So the next time we have to deal with irrational people, or pick up the newspaper about the latest murder, robbery, or aberrant behavior then we need to reflect on this article.
Please share with anyone you know that has children, and start to implement the changes also for yourself, and family for better health, mentally and physically.
